What You Will Receive?

You will receive 1 x EE network SIM card with preloaded credit.

Packing will be opened for top-up and the SIM is eligible for registration.

The credit does not expire, subject to EE usage policy and network terms.

Once You Receive the SIM Card

1. Please switch off your mobile data.
2. Please message us once the SIM card is received.
3. Insert the SIM into a phone to activate the SIM and see if it is working.
4. We will then top up the selected credit amount remotely.

International Roaming

This EE UK Network SIM will have preloaded credit and will be enabled for international roaming in the countries where EE roaming is available.

No pack will be created. Only credit will be applied.

Why Is My Balance Showing Less Than the Selected Credit Amount?

To activate the SIM for international roaming, we may need to send a text or complete network activation steps. This can use a small amount of the credit during setup.

Important Usage Information

One outgoing call, text or chargeable activity should be made at least once every 90 days to keep the SIM active, according to network policy.

2. No SIM card should be used for any illegal activities.
3. No SIM card should be topped up using fraudulent credit or debit cards.
